We were talking off camera and you said there’s arborists on staff horticulturists, right? So you’ve been in the business for 14 years, almost 15 years now. So that’s pretty cool too to know that you’re gonna get the help you need when
You come here because I would have no idea what to do and where to go. So, why should people choose liberty though? Over like a big box store? Well, we are here to service, the customers needs to help solve their problems and give them the information that,
You know, you can’t get going to one of those big box store items and we’ll bring it in the store, we’ll drop in and we’ll deliver it. Well, you can order it on our website. We are full service.
So we’re here to make your project as easy as it is as possible and make the experience as great as we can do for all of our customers. Yeah, that sounds nice. So what does a free design consultation entail?
So I personally will come out to your house or one of my design colleagues. We will come to your house, do a free consultation. We’ll talk with you, get together some of your ideas um and kind of bring your vision to life. Once we do that, we’ll do,
Do a review process where, you know, you’re welcome to give us some of your insight, make some changes while we’re there. Um And if we’re good to go, we’ll get you on the schedule and uh place the order and get everything going. Ok. Very cool.
And how did did the design project that we’re gonna show? How did that come about? And there were some pain points that you had to kind of take the customer through. So tell us about that. Um So it was a very heavily shaded area. They did have deer.
So that limits our plant palate severely. Um And there was also a few minor drainage issues, not too bad. Um, but we were able to solve that with, you know, just a little bit of gravel to remediate some of that organic matter build up. Um, but we utilized a lot of different textures.
So there was a lot of the same color plants using the greens, but, you know, the various shades, various textures to really bring it to life. Um And then we accented that beautiful live oak um in the center and it really made it the center
Point of their yard because it was almost a piece that was just there, right? But with the hardscape around it and the rocks, it really just brought it to life and brought a whole lot of color there to that area.
I bet it’s fun to be creative and give them the idea it is. And it’s wonderful when you can take an area that you had very, very little aesthetic value, right? And then, you know, make that into something just absolutely beautiful. A very, you know, just changes very simple. What would you say?
Most people are surprised or excited about you, how easy it is to change the entire face of your landscape just by using different plant shapes, textures and colors. You can really, really bring that out and make it just feel completely different. All right.
