All right guys today we are coming to you from Greenbrook neighborhood in Danville I’m with two great friends Joe loer I’ve known forever Joe loer with loer landscape design company I’ve known Joe forever always refer him all our landscaping business we’re also with Brian from Unique Pools wanted to share

This beautiful beautiful home they’re working on here in greenook and Danville show you the backyard the landscape the pool fire pit everything they’re doing right now want to let them talk you guys through it but come and take a look okay guys I wanted to show you where it all

Began here with the pool this was a pre-existing pool that has been completely renovated in this backyard and I wanted to share Brian slots let’s talk to him a little bit about what you guys did to the property and um I mean it’s beautiful I can’t wait till this is

All done but what did you guys do well we tore the old pool apart we removed the old Spa that was over here by Eric oh there’s a sp thereo there was a spa there and we lengthened the pool we widened the pool and we added the pool

Cover and the Baja shelf beautiful and we shallowed the pool and you did I mean it’s and you got the water features and we added the water featur brand new pool equipment back there too I I’ve noticed as well and I mean it’s it’s beautiful

You guys have done a great job so I can’t wait to see when it’s all done well thank you yes absolutely so and I want to go to Joe as well because the two of these guys work together Brian does the pools and then Joe does all the

Landscaping to go around it so he’s done pavers and um planting and grass and and all this work but but tell me a little bit more about what you guys have done over here so far so we started out uh you know once the pool was completed we

Built around it so we did the artificial turf over here uh we started doing the decking around the pool um and this is all papers I mean what are these 20 20in papers you guys porcelain Pap okay uh very popular uh you know it’s really clean looking so the homeowner picked

That out yeah and you can have your varieties of pavers or any type of concrete you like you know I mean you guys have doing a great job and I see you guys are doing an outdoor kitchen let’s maybe we’ll go walk over there and do outdoor kitchen too and I saw what

Looks like a uh a gas pit as well for hanging out and having a good time and inviting some people over so all right let’s go take a look okay so now we’re over here at the outdoor fire pit that Joe and his team have created I mean it

Looks to me I know it’s just about done but it looks to me I mean shoot you could have 8 10 12 people hanging around this um tell us a little bit about what you’ve done here cuz I know it’s a gas fire pit but but share a little bit yeah

This is basically a 48 in sunken fire pit uh it’s got a gas line that comes in ties in from the gas meter in front of the house and uh these are Napa Valley Stones okay um it’s kind of that feel you know he wanted a outdoor Tahoe type

Look you know and feel so I think it turned out really nice you know I mean I I think it’s beautiful then you told me too the Flames get high right oh yeah so it’s a big deal I mean this is this is going to produce some heat

Yeah you can adjust it basically from the key and you can bring it really low or have it crank and I think gets up to about you know 20 and you put logs on here or what yeah you could do uh you know regular wood burning you would need

To clean it out though if you you know let the ashes in there or ceramic logs too gotcha yeah it’s a nice feature definitely well that’s wonderful I think this is perfect timing for spring and summer I mean this backyard is going to be amazing thank you let’s go over it’s

Not finished yet but let’s go take a look at the outdoor kitchen so you guys can take a look and then we also want to show you this beautiful Pavilion they’re putting up right now too so let’s go take a look now it’s not complete but I

Want to give you an idea of the vision that they’ve got here so this is outdoor kitchen so Joe take it away show us what you have got planned here yeah So the plan is this is an entertainment spot for the family they’re going to have

Stools here I would say at least six different stools so like a sit up bar right here yeah this will be a bar top 42 in Finish height okay uh with a countertop on it and then inside it’ll be at 36 in where you’ll have a barbecue

And then an outdoor uh you know so you’ve got it all lined up that’s gas right there see all the electricity and everything in there yeah it’s going to be nice so they they were going to have all the drawers in there stainless steel uh equipment Hardware so it’ll be really

Nice yeah I mean this is going to be fantastic and on that side I’m sorry it be a TV on there oh there’s going to be a TV there yeah and there’ll be the stack stone to match the stone on the facade here oh that’s going to be

Fantastic it’ll be thanks than that is going to be fantastic and then Brian was saying too I mean this Pavilion is unreal I mean share a little bit more Brian about the The Pavilion you guys are well Tom Tom Styer with outdoor living designs he’s the one building the

Wood structures out here the Pavilion in the arbor over the barbecue I’ve worked with him for I don’t know close to 20 years really yeah and uh he’s got a lot more experience than I do with this and uh he does a lot of pavilions and arbors

With with Joe and I we cab it’s beautiful I mean you got you got lighting built in like you’re saying you got Sono speakers that are going to go in I mean I mean this is this is going to be quite couping fans canned lighting yeah and uh couple of heaters outdoor

Heaters really mhm this is going to be beautiful I mean these guys are doing a great job if you guys are looking for backyard renovations if you’re looking for landscaping I mean jobs never too big or too small no um and then we’ll come back we’re going to do a a before
