The depth and breadth of #tree #canopy in the #Gardens is #amazing – particularly striking here is the identifiable flat table-topped branch structure of the Cedars of Lebanon (planted in 1729) next to the glaucous blue foliage of the Atlantic Cedar (planted in 1845). These #giants have survived some extraordinary times.
