Are they getting too much light? Seems like the edges where the light is weakest are doing ok. Have you measured the light intensity at the plants?
Is the water content uniform in the block?

I see lots of mature leaves on both sides of your crop… Some just look really small, so you aren’t keeping something consistent. Water, nutrients, airflow, light.

*What nutrients are you feeding these rock wool cubes?
* what light intensity, spectrum and duration are you using
* what’s the ambient temperature you’re working with?
These are just the first questions I would ask and also the first place to look when things are not going as planned.
