Are there any cover crops that would taste good in a salad well you could technically grow any kind of greens you want as a cover crop so here we have some rape seed Clover peas and vetch in this rais bed but you could easily replace the rape seed with some mustard

Greens I know a lot of people get all weird about canola but this rape seed here isn’t that bad tastes pretty good actually but you could use you know mustard grain red mustard some of the frilly mustard tot soy mustard lot of options you could use for an edible cover crop

  1. How do you save money on cover crop seeds. Would it benefit to save 3 mustard seed plants to go to seed and provide in that way?
