Omg now have some fixings to do, # 1.- I fixed some loose fence that was a must, and now I have to go around and find more things to add to my list. Hello Mac 🐾, Kim your garden looks beautiful, can’t even see what has to be fix ☺️ CG. You always make everything fun but also very interesting and you give great tips 😃.
Your method of gardening is no good. You guys have a problem with rotted wood that probably has a good solution, and I think you guys are not aware of it. I suggest removing the rotted wood, and don't bother replacing it. Because you guys should eventually experience the same problem.
If I was to create a garden outside then it would be completely different than how you guys are doing it. I already know about a solution that should solve the rotted wood problem, and even though I know how to solve this problem I would take a different direction to create a garden outside.
Did you see how other gardeners grow their gardens outside before growing your garden?
A brick patio with a good there 😊
I had to replace my entire fence around my house and yard it's… Half done 😅 the pool needs to be replaced and fire pit dug up and redone. Then easy empty 5 year old raised bed new soil and liners going in. Raised bed tune up 😆
Mac is so chill. He makes me smile.
Cushions on that beautiful deck and then strawberry pots and marijuana all around for good Summer fun!
Beautiful. Blessings from Germany
Being transparent and authentic is a major reason why you're one of my favorite garden YouTube channels. Keep up the great work! ❤
Love seeing that I’m not the only one who puts off things 😅 My main thing to fix is to get grass out of my felt beds and figure out how to prevent it in the future. It is such a tedious task though 😭
The good the bad and the ugly 🌱Maybe some bricks under the middle of the SmartPot deck to prop up the middle? Can u document fixing the faulty irrigation device cuz I would be completely clueless and have to call a landscaper 🤔
This was incredibly relatable.
One of my big garden “That needs to be fixed,” project was a big leak in my backyard irrigation system. And addressing areas that weren’t irrigating properly..For my Christmas present my son and DNL gifted me with hiring a landscaper to come and fix and bring solutions to my system!!! It’s all done ✅ and ready for Spring/Summer growing😁 Best gift ever💝
Thanks for showing us yours!! And I have other things to fix too😉
I love that you keep it real and share the behind the scenes. Thank you. I can totally relate to your project/fix it list. What is your garden oasis missing that you could enjoy in the Smart Pot area? What about a fountain projection area. I saw in Seaworld they showed a movie in the mist of the water. Maybe a small theater light show pond area with aquatic plants? Your yard is amazing, and it has been inspiring watching the upgrades over the years. I always have something to fix or a project I am working on. Currently my biggest project this summer is taking down a pool and then landscaping the space. Would love to put a fire pit, grilling area and seating area. Does anyone know if I can use the galvanized steel that my pool is made of to create raised beds? Or any other ideas to repurpose that material?
I can definitely relate to a never ending “fix it” list. I currently have drip tubing that needs fixed because I removed some of the pots and put the plants in my landscape. In the process I had to cut the tubing and didn’t have time to go back and fix it after doing the transplanting. I also have a lot of landscape plants I need to get in the ground, but it requires digging up a lot of grass to make a new garden bed. I have been putting that off for way too long!
I love the brick garden foundation that your sitting on. How do I make a small on fir my front yard where the sunlight is plentiful. I want to grow some veggies and herbs there. Help
