  1. Thank you for your time.
Do you have any trouble getting rid of the that aren’t up to par? I tend to plant them anyway, if they make it,great. if not, oh well I tried 😂
    Take care

  2. I searched for videos "How To Germinate Lavender Seeds", and it seems there is some trick to getting them to germinate?

  3. Sweet Annie must smell beautiful. I have grown artemsia/wormword but of a different variety it seems. Not to be confused with yours. It also had the lacy foilage, woody stems and grew around 4ft high. Mine was labeled an insecticidal plant. I looked up sweet annie and medicinally can be used as a tea but perhaps not long term or sparingly if one has liver problems or on meds that affect the liver. I've studied TCM and herbs since the 80's, every thing in moderation although your thought on a hedge with sweet annie sounds great!

  4. I think lavender seeds don't last that long so might not be your fault. I take black seed oil and have some nigella sativa seeds but have never grown them yet. That is a lot of Sweet Annie and would be one heck of a wall. Love Vivaldi Winter Four Seasons – I like the organ versions but this violin version is awesome too. Have a blessed week and hope you can plant the onions soon…

  5. Hello Kaye, your onions looks great !
On the lavender, try this tip , put the seeds either in the freezer, or the fridge for at least two weeks before planting them .
Awesome selection on seeds to grow .😊
    Be blessed!

  6. Sweet Annie grows well here in Maine. I see booths of growers here at the Common Ground Fair every year and the smell is intoxicating for sure. I have never grown it but might try this year. I am going to guess maybe 138 sounds like a good estimate but what do I know. Take care my friend.

  7. i was going to ask you which of the seeds you sent are good for fresh eating vs. cooking (the cowpeas, hutterite bush beans & wild goose peas) happy planting! hope you guys avoided the crazy weather yesterday

  8. Well done Kaye the Sweet Annie is lovely and Lavender is tough to start from seed and takes a couple years to get big so don't beat yourself up Love all you share 💜

  9. Wow you certainly had a ton of seedlings out of that clump Kaye. Brilliant video. its getting that time now where we will all be very busy

  10. This video shows us the abundance nature provides. Enjoy them Kaye! I wanted to mention to consider suing a willow fence. The whips root right away and the stems grow so fast. So it’s cheap. There are videos for willow fencing.

  11. I started keeping all the packets of seeds that I had planted so I have a record of what did well and what did not. This year I winter sowed my Lavender and it came up. Last year I only had a few that made it but then died due to not preparing a bed for them. I have the same problem with starting too many seeds!
For some odd reason I cannot get my onion seeds to sprout! Only those i put in a water jug for winter sowing sprouted. I really stink at starting onions. Did you ever do a video on starting onions from seed? I am going to have to go look.
Thoroughly enjoyed this video, Kaye! Thank you for taking the time to share!

  12. Well! Well! 😊There’s always light at the end of the tunnel, 💡🔦in this case a beautiful person with a beautiful smile and the best Sweet Annie sprouts video Ive ever seen, those are so healthy looking. My dog Annie enjoyed the video as well, just got off a dusty trail, cotton fields everywhere and am resting a bit, happy trails my friend my favorite video you have ever done. You look very happy and smiling a lot throughout the video.🌻💛🍯

  13. Ms Kate is there any way I can buy some Sweet Annie seeds from you. I am older and don't have any credit cards or PayPal…but would send you cash…..thank you very much for all you teach us as I am older and. new to gardening herbs. I'm an old friend of Old Alabama Gardener…and that is how I found you!
