The first episode in the series titled “Harvest to Plate”. In this episode I show you how to make a super simple Kale Bruschetta dish great for parties, side dishes, appitizers, and just great on its own!
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 garlic clove
7-8 whole peppercorns (crushed pepper works great too)
pinch of black sea salt (regular salt works fine too)
6 large kale leaves, deveined and chopped
2-3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
