Is this a good brand/model of greenhouse? Does anybody here have one and recommend it?

Don’t have this model, but have built 2 greenhouses, and I am about to build a third.

Size – kinda small at only 13 ft long, would recommend 16 or 20, you would be surprised by how much space plants take up, plus you need lots of aeration/ventilation to keep plants from overheating – 2 doors and no windows is totally inadequate – your humidity is going to be uncontrollable without more vents and fans; or your going to have to plan to leave both doors open most of time, install fans and a humidity gauge

Construction – even if you are experienced – 2 to 3 days to put together

Frame – because it has solid panels, you are going to need a base – simplest would be 4×6 pretreated lumber squared to dimensions (~$200 in materials for the 13ft); because lumber is sold in 2ft lengths, you would be better off getting a 20 ft model.

Here’s an alternative if you are a first timer – requires no foundation, doors at each end, 12 windows, and you can peel the skin back at any time during the peak of summer. And it’s cheap ($190) and easy to put together (<<2 hours)

VEVOR 20 x 10 x 7 ft Walk-in Tunnel Greenhouse, Portable Plant Hot House w/ Galvanized Steel Hoops, 3 Top Beams, Diagonal Poles, 2 Zippered Doors & 12 Roll-up Windows, White

  2. I have a similar model by the same company. The other commenter provides excellent advice. Definitely go 20’. I did and it is quickly full.
4 days is minimum for assembly. I had to follow up three times because parts were wrong or not sent (e.g. they did not include end panels with the initial shipment).
Mine is four years old now and the exterior galvanized parts are already rusting. It has a ten year warranty but I am not convinced it is going to last that long, let alone more (I am in a wet climate).
It does a good job, and humidity is not actually that much of an issue. Overall, I am satisfied but not impressed. You may want to explore cheaper options to see if they would suffice.
