I found these growing in my backyard.  I thought they were dandelions but the leaves are a different shape so I looked it up. It’s called so SowThistle.  apparently it’s edible and you can make greens or toss it into a salad. Apparently it’s high in calcium.
You guys probably see this everywhere and it grows in my yard like a weed it’s not a dandelion because of the shape of the leaves so I looked it up and it’s called Sole and apparently it’s edible so I’m going to make a salad with it let me know if you have any

I found out some more information
Dandelions have spiky leaves and only a single flower from the rosette. Sow Thistles have the spade-shaped leaves and multiple flowers from each rosette. Both are equally edible and tasty.
I mixed it into a salad, it was delicious.
