We hope all of you enjoying our videos !!

H Today’s activity would be an encouraging one because I will make an update about the goat house that we had been working so hard for the past 3 Weeks and now you will see that it’s almost Done and you will see that the structure is quite sturdy because we made the post out of Cement you will know that the area here is actually deep and underneath is the Water and the water gives us the difficulty on how to erect our Post but still we persist we persevere and this is what is happening Now you will see a sturdy post for our goat house maybe you’re interested how much did I spend about about this goat house well to tell you honestly we did not spend a lot because we only use light material such as bamboo and the wood are also cheaper compared to using

This uh iron or other materials and it look at what happened now we are about to put the roofings and then the floorings are actually almost done and then the sidings the wall of this will be done this week and next week I think we can already complete the structure

Another exciting activity for this day for this Vlog is actually to harvest the remaining fruits that are already due for Harvest and you know that this white squash and the bitter melon are actually growing overnight and they are sprouting everywhere and this is the reason why we

Going to harvest now because if they get matured then they will become useless meaning that the people will eat this when they are young Fruits well there are much things to be done here because uh we still have to work on the sidings of this and I think this can cater more than 80 goats or 50 goats I think because the area here is 100 square m and I don’t know the exact ratio but I

Think since we are actually starting with the native goats maybe we can put more because the um Native goats are smaller in size compared to the hybrid but the main objective in the future is to be able to produce hybrid goats in this Farm I’m just doing it very slowly

Because you know if we will directly jump into it meaning we will buy good material and then spend a lot of money and if something will happen our investment will be just in vain so I’m studying it and trying to adopt a system here and we will make improvements maybe

This is a progressive um plan that we can still move on this part and then do another housing for other animals like chickens like the lizards and the birds so this is a farm that that I Envision to happen and maybe we can in the future invite our friends our visitors to come

Here and enjoy with us watching over our pets I would like to ask your suggestion the gap between the the bamboo as flooring um I made it half inch and I’m quite doubtful about the Gap maybe it will just damage our goats it can do some suggestions we haven’t tried this

Yet but the Gap is less than 1 in so I think uh I’m skeptical I’m doubtful about it but we can always make some adjustments but for the meantime we will just leave it as it is and then we will put our goats here and if this

Going to be working good for them then we will adapt the system so this is the background of this goat house you was see the scenery and it’s filled with natural birds wild birds actually and you will see that they are eating insects on top of the water’s peanuts they’re eating shells or

Snails and then my plan is to preserve them because it’s so rare to see birds like this wild birds in an area like this well they are not anymore disturbed because they’re used to it and I strictly prohibited Hunters to hunt birds in this area and this is what is happening right now

I hope that even we going to develop this area the birds will still thrive in here of course we will not destroy their habitat because this is the place where they can uh eat their food and this is the main reason that I’m so inspired to preserve them because they are also an

Attraction to our Visitors We we have a learning process here I’m not a goat farmer and I’m trying to become one of course and we’re are trying to develop a system learning from our experiences what are the best approaches towards a successful goat farming and I observe that these goats really are brilliant they have the

Capacity to choose their own food and in fact I am so amazed that they are not difficult to manage because if we will just tie the most Old Goat meaning that if we will tie the most matured all the rest will not move unless this matured

Ones will be scut free or will be released from the tie and one thing I learn about goat farming is that they are really afraid of the rain that’s why we have made this goat house for them to take shelter on in case there is a heavy

Rain and another thing that I I can tell you is that we are pasturing our goats during 8 or 9:00 in the morning because they don’t have yet the appetite to eat when it’s very early in the morning that’s why we’re doing this because we would like to prevent them from getting

The diarrhea so we will wait until the sun will dry the grasses and then we will pasture them What So you will see that Mark is already harvesting the fruits and you will also see that the vegetables the white squash are creeping over there so this can creep massive space so you will see that there are so many fruits and there are small fruits of this bitter melon plenty of them and

Over there you can see also that there are still fruits for our white squash and I would like to remind you that we are practicing organic you know agriculture we use the rabbit poop we have the compost bean and compost everything and then use the soil for our

Vegetables and we are doing this regularly so I would like to practice organic activities so that we can support or produce organic Vegetables [Applause] Well every now and then we have to guide them because these vegetables will just crep anywhere without Direction so we will direct them to crawl over there and you will see that there are already stems that are hanging so we will tie them here just like that

So that we can guide them to occupy in this uh unoccupied area [Applause] So I’m fixing this one so that when they going to crawl over here we will prepare another batch of Tres right here so that we can do another space Tres for our vegetables I’m planning to put here some watermelon and sayote this Chote is also very salable

And this is what we going to do in our future Vlogs so for the meantime just be excited as we are reaping the fruits of our labor we’re harvesting it and the seeds of perseverance you know resiliency and hard work is actually the instrument of course faith in God why we

Became successful in this farm so thank you guys for watching I hope that you will continue to like and share our videos and please subscribe if you are not subscribed to this channel yet and this is your first time to stumble upon this channel I would like to ask you to

  1. I will give you an old gold grandmother's tip/trick :
Save some wood ashes and throw it under the goats housse to prevent bacteria and insects , do the same in the chickens cope 4 corners + pick a spot and spead some ashes for goats to role in it to get rid of ticks and insects , goats and chickens will love it and got it every day .
