Well, I believe you were spot on on most of what you said. As a Veteren who served overseas Not sure spot on about not showing strength in the military operations. If we do nothing it would show weakness for our country. But everyone has an opinion! This was mine!

They lowered the pre diabetes number by ten a few years back it was 80 now I believe it’s not suppose to be ideal at 70 or below. So they could put you on meds earlier. It is ridiculous. Glad you got to go on a little trip, sometimes a little get away can help one heal from what ails., and refresh oneself.

One more thought there are others who have differing opinions about world events yes this is your channel how Beit you are a gardening channel even though you include local and world events. You have been losing subscribers could be that your including politics and politics which are not all of your viewers I suspect they would not tell why they left but speaking for myself I personally will leave a channel for that reason and have done so more than once, just throwing my 2cents in a he hat. I have a very old family Bible. My ancestors (father's side) Welsh & English. Mothers side, Irish, Dutch, Scandinavian, German (Bavaria). I have traced my Mother's ancestors back to arriving (Philadelphia) in the late-1600s, and Father's back to mid 1700s Maryland. As far as big pharma goes, I vaccinate (never had a problem with any since childhood), and I take an antibiotic when I'm absolutely sure I need one. I eat strawberries INSTEAD OF taking Prilosec, a proton pump inhibitor that decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. I was once told that eating them gives you a little extra acid for digestion. Sounds counter-intuitive, right? If I am consuming acids found naturally in food, my stomach does not need to produce more. (a natural reduction in how much the body produces) Strawberries have five different kinds of acids: citric, malic, ascorbic, ellagic, and pantothenic. I guess my body doesn't over-produce digestive acids when I consume a little extra via the berries. Anyway, it seems to work for me.

There's no money in people getting well, only in being managed. If any doctor wants you on a med, always ask what the plan is for getting off the med. ✌️

Glad you know some more of your family history which is wonderful and rich. Keep at it. Good for your children and future generations and collateral relatives to know. I have a brick wall ancestor 3rd Great Grandmother who was born in Tennessee but lived her adult live in a rural place in Iowa and died 1847. No records other than a name mentioned in husband's biography/obit and daughter's death certificate in 1933 and her own 1847 gravestone. Hard to find things as the state of IA and the county she died within did not require death records until 1880. Gardening – I am digging Bermuda Grass stolons and roots along 100' of chain link fence. Ugh. May use white vinegar or boiling water when the grass comes out of dormancy.
They make it to get you to ask your doctor if you need a med as a lot of them you see the commercial and you are not even sure what it is for but you need to ask your doctor if you need it. I stopped taking statins as I read how bad they were. My doctor wasn't happy but since my last job was in surgery and I was working on my medical administration degree I am not an idiot in the medical field and I have no problem looking up drugs and side effects. I had to pull my headphones off to see if the dogs were on my end or yours-LOL. We just got out of the middle east and we certainly don't need a reason to provoke them again. I am glad I refused all of the injections. I have several conditions that said if I got it I would die yet I have survived three bouts with it. Only the first was bad and the last was only 3 days. I prayed for the young lady. I agree with you Kaye that all is spoken of in our Bible. The earthquake was here in Oklahoma. I went to bed early and didn't have a clue till I woke up and everyone of Facebook was speaking of it. Wow 50! In April I hit 60. Take care!

Hearing you speak about your mother’s Bible had me checking my Grandmother’s Bible that was printed in 1949 by the Catholic Book Publishing Co, printed & bound in the U.S.A. … and I also located my mother’s Bible given to her by her Mother (printed on that inside first page) and that was printed in 1962 also by the Catholic Book Publishing Co in New York. My mother’s Bible has those tab things that stick out from the pages on the right hand side to make finding specific books of the Bible easier to find. They both have that “old book” smell. I donated many Bibles to my local Catholic Church but I couldn’t bear to part with these two. Unsure what is actually different from the regular Bible and a Catholic Bible although I do see these Bibles don’t have the Book of Revelation. The last book is called the Apocalypse! Yikes, images of fire & brimstone!
I'm very fortunate, I take no prescriptions, occasionally acetaminophen and every few years, an injection for my back. That Ozempic is being taken by many for weight loss!! Kaye my dear lady, oh goodness me,you are a blessing and a comfort to me(us)..i was saying these words from the bible yesterday to my husband, as he was explaining to me whats happening, i just wanted to remind him zlso of those words and you have read them to us.there is so much more going on now thsn ever before and much much more thst is not added to our main news..i really dont know what we would do without our bible and the true words kaye. My husband has one like your black one large print too.my mum has got my dads one now.
