When plants are grown indoors, their growth/rest phases aren’t as affected by the temperature drop like outdoor plants. So don’t be surprised if you see active growth any time of year indoors – and more importantly, care for the growth based on observations rather than “but I’m supposed to water less in winter” type generalizations.

Here are a bunch of actively growing plants in my collection, which I’m watering with a 3-1-2 fertilizer (because I SEE active growth). These new leaves started coming out within the last month.
