Let’s do some gardening in Vietnam oops oops if you’ve been following me on Facebook or Instagram you know that I’ve been in Vietnam and I recently did some shopping at the nursery stuff I’m getting adding these giant foco chunks to it picking up some pots for

Transplanting and are you going to be my helper are you going to be my helper that’s how much I spent today and we’re getting these delivered we are going to be doing some transplanting today another thing I’ll be doing is um I think I’m going to create a little space with better soil

So that my aunt can do some composting here cuz she’s just been trying to dig through this really compressed uh dense soil to uh just bury things in place and I think that’s really difficult to do I’m starting to smell that fermented um like alcohol kind of a ferment smell

From like the food scraps that should put in so we’re just going to uh clear out one of the pots and put in this really good cocoa Co type of uh you know potting mix uh and so that she can easily just dig through and and put like food scraps into

Compost all right let me show you what I got I got two bags of these this is like a premix with fine cocoa core uh rice haul and cow manure cow manure seems to be the very generic thing around here you can find chicken manure I think if

You look a little harder but uh most places have uh cow that’s what it looks like and I got some pots got some big chunky C loal Co thought I could mix it in uh with a growing medium to help with you know drainage and then some white plastic

Pots uh I recently was in Thailand and we really figured out has made a huge difference in you know retaining uh the soil a little cooler here with using light color pots so white I think is the way to go instead of the black ones or the brown ones also I like plastic

Because I am going to be doing transplanting with a few plants here uh that I intend to transplant like up pot it or put it in the ground the next time that I’m here uh so plastic pots would be much easier to work with in the

Future so let me just show you guys the plants that I will be transplanting today we got the Jambo we got white uh mberry you can see the roots going through already it definitely wants to get in a bigger pot got this Egyptian mint that’s super spicy mint super

Strong almost wrecked that one uh Rosemary ready grew in size I’ve been putting the Vera um uh worm tea in in this Garden actually in this little patio space uh this Jasmine has put out tremendous amount of growth already putting out four buds super excited transplant that

And the meringa so these plants really you know they thrive in the tropics so uh the really the biggest thing for me to do is um they they naturally would grow well here so the only thing for me to do is to really support them with good nutrients and really fluffy nice

Good drainage kind of a soil uh oh and the rose Apple this is the actual rose Apple not the Jambo but um it’s a relative or a same family this one actually has that Rose scent uh in the fruit okay let’s begin okay the first thing I’m going to do is first

Let’s figure out which plant goes where these are the homes for those plants I guess we’ll just start with the J Buu let’s put it in here so won’t make a [Laughter] mess my aunt just brought me some flowers um she said it’ll be prettier to put it in the background

Somewhere okay just setting here okay oh it’s not that fine of cocoa cor well there’s there’s fine and there’s some shreds of it so yeah let’s put this in okay okay so we got some cocoa chunks all right so I am going to go ahead and plant the first one will be this

Jambo I can actually do a root soak okay so I’m trying out the verasa Vitality just going to do like 2 O per G gallon I don’t know what that is but uh I’m not doing measurements right now I’m just going to whatever kind of nutrients and

Beneficial microbes I can add in you know to Aid with the transplant that’s going to be fine with me I’m happy with it just added some water to this let me put it up here so you can see what I’m doing okay so that’s it I’m literally just dipping this

In I normally do this with Organic rub which is really high in carbon but I don’t have that right now and this would work also Vera recently sent out some of their products to me in California for my garden there also have sent me some for Vietnam so that I can do some

Transplanting so far I’ve been seeing some pretty cool results got new shoots coming out and the moringa I got and just with two weeks of using it I can see the Jasmine having blooms already put out growth again I did say that you know uh these are tropical type of

Plants so they do favor this type of weather however with the solution I definitely do think it’s really help to boost the growth um just by seeing the plants around here that that Peppers here are looking amazing uh after I started watering in with the Vera so yeah there we go there’s one

Plant and um H after I water it in I’m going to if I have extra left with this chunky coca cor I will lay it on top to use as mulch well let me keep doing this and uh get back to you guys ready putting out new Roots here this is great

Okay look at that root growth there woo okay I’m just G to let this sit there okay this is the white mberry all right so I got uh like four of them planted right now I’m just going to finish up planting or transplanting the rest of them but right now I’m going

To I’m just going to go ahead and water these in and um I normally would start with watering just like regular water first so that it wouldn’t have any runoff but this soil doesn’t um but this mixture doesn’t feel too dry I think it’s okay to just go ahead and apply the

Solution yeah I’m just going to place them all along this side for now I think that would be good cuz I just transplanted them and and having the plants on the second tier would give it a little bit of shade for these two kind of adjust for the next few

Days I think that’s good for now and I’m just going to give these plants a really good drink and then I’ll finish off transplanting the rest of them and I’ll show you guys in the next day because actually it’s getting dark so I want to finish off the video for you okay it’s

Been a few days I’ve gone ahead and planted these up you can see the ones that are in plastic pots I just decided to uh transplant eventually and then these Rosemary and Egyptian mint will remain in this pot because they are pretty easy to just take cuting from

There to uh get some more growing as for the compost area I just removed the dead Groves off of that the pomegranate in that big pot added that fresh soil so it’s easy for my aunt to move it away to put in those food scraps and then I also

Planted the walking Egyptian onions in this Pepper Pot so that they can just kind of grow all around and just use it as a filler yeah so thank you so much you guys for making this far in the video uh to check out for updates on those don’t

Forget to follow me on Instagram Facebook so um I do more like things happening in like real time so yeah I will see you guys in next video bye
