Harvesting corn is a sure sign of fall, and a highlight of my gardening year. All season we have watched the corn grow, get taller, become greener, form tassels, become pollinated, and the ripen. The fruits of our labor is just within our fingertips. Beautiful, ripe, organic sweet corn.
