Gary Pilarchik: Controlling Damping-Off Disease, Fungus Gnats & Fungus on Seed Starts: Cinnamon & More! – TRG2016

Fungus Gnats and insects are a problem for many gardeners that start vegetable seeds indoors. The best way to manage them is to start before you see them. Cinnamon is an anti-fungal and used on the starting mix. It stops the food Fungus Gnats eat and it also helps stop Damping Off Diseases. Vinegar and Vaseline Sticky Traps take care of egg laying adults. Neem Oil and sterilizing your starting mix also helps but they are subjects of other videos.
