   Neither, pretty sure this is a Gasteria or Gasteraloe.

   Aloe, I’d start by looking up aloe wamsley bronze, similar to a black gem. Yours might possibly brown up a bit with more sun which would still be healthy. I can’t say it would be either of those, but it’s a start. I think black gem is sometimes a mislabeled hybrid

   It might be a gasteraloe green ice, that hasn’t shown it’s coloration yet. I might be wrong though
