One of the forms of Japanese gardens is called Karesansui(dry garden) It is a garden that does not use water, and uses stones, sand, plants and trees to express a landscape Draw lines in the sand to represent the flow of water and ripples Draw a fish shadow with soil Lay out the moss

Place white sand around the fish shadow Build a fence Cover the moss with acrylic to prevent it from drying out Draw lines in the sand

  1. So pretty!!
The live moss looks very low maintenance. Surely it will stay put for a long time if sprayed with water every once in a while.

  2. Its awsome! I wonder if anybody could tell me what he uses to cover (paint) the wood, which gives this amazing look! Thank you in advance!
