3566 square ft and price is 3.5 million to 8.5 million next is four bedroom the starting size is 2724 Square ft and goes until all the way to 8,971 Ft the price is 4.4 million to 12.5 million five bedrooms we see starting size is 4,000 ,

238 and goes all the way up to huge 21,000 Square ft and the price is about 6.8 million all the way goes to 28 million and uh let’s have a look on Acres so here is acres by miras uh we have already looked on the prices but

Let’s uh check it again so three bedrooms starting size is 3,48 squ Ft until 3,915 Square ft the price is 5.1 million which is the starting price for three bedrooms and then we see the four bedrooms the size starts from 4,091 and goes up to 4,875 Ft the starting price is 6.79

Everything in my point of view Arabian ranches is a very popular Community among Dubai residents and uh it has been delivering a very good family residential facility for uh for the for those families who are looking for a comfortable and peaceful lifestyle but Arabian ranches is more than 10 years old community and

Uh it attracts the maintenance work sometime any property which is pretty much old more than 10 years so you have to maintain the property you have to spend extra you have to take care of the property further the most of the Villa designs are either Mediterranean or

Arabic but here in miras by Acres uh sorry acres by miras we see most of the Contemporary design Villas are coming up so in the same location in the same neighborhood you are getting contemporary design Standalone villas with your private Shing pools and the payment plan is very flexible which is
