12 Keys to Growing Food in Uncertain Times
0:35 – grow in the soil
0:54 – cover the soil with free organic matter
2:04 – make compost from free local resources
2:49 – grow edible perennials
3:28 – grow self-sowing annuals
4:09 – grow in polycultures
4:45 – conserve water
5:22 – save and share seeds
5:47 – extend the growing season
6:37 – use salvaged materials for raised beds, compost bins, etc.
6:57 – preserve and store surplus harvests
7:18 – don’t do things you don’t need to do
