What makes this delicious fruit dangerous? – Monstera deliciosa

Monstera deliciosa is such a delicious fruit but you have to know how to eat the fruit. It must be ripe with the scales easily falling off on their own. This grows on a plant also know as swiss cheese plant and fruit salad plant.

  1. I always wondered why it was called deliciosa! I've kept them as house plants for years but I've only seen it fruit once.

  2. Hey! Has anyone ever told you that you’re a doppelgänger for the Star Gate Actor JR Bourne…!? 👀
crazy how every time you come up in my feed, I feel I’m looking at a Tok’ra..!😃😅

  3. This fruit is a Delicious Monster. Well known in South Africa, but not many people know that they are edible. The Madeirans call is Banana Abacaxi which translates to Banana Pineapple. A real mix of flavours between banana and pineapple. Amazing fruit.
