Mike, go to Google images and look up "backyard greenhouse" and you will get a million ideas. my friend has a backyard a fraction of the size of yours and he built a 10×10? office and he loves it. I would a ton of windows to get that amazing mountain view and make it a bit bigger so you can put a nice desk set, sofa etc. Put solar panels on the roof. Oh yeah, you have to put a fire pit in that back yard!!!
Sounds good to me. I would check with the city about the regulations. Where I live for example, a shed has to be 1 foot away from all property lines. The yard is looking great Mike.
