  1. i just electrocute them with my hand held bug zapper swatter. bugs of all types don't stand a chance when i take it to my garden. you don't even have to swat them either. if they are on vegetation you don't want to do that anyway just hold down the kill button and touch them with it. quick death.

  2. Flushing them down the toilet works. Not very practical for more than a few. Splattering the brown goo doesn't. They are attracted to the scent. Vacuuming them into a bag and tossing sounded like a good idea but the vacuum soon becomes a fogger, spreading the stench everywhere. I found a spray that works for me https://youtu.be/zTYJuqwkv5U

  3. Both Union and Confederate forces agreed on one thing the worst part of fighting the war was stinkbugs, be they brown or green. Now it's the Asian BMSB. Indoors the commode paper to the rescue. Gather that stinker with a wad and drop in the toilet. For get even chemical warfare, pee on it first. It will stink up like all hell, now flush for the last volley.

  4. Good grief I got a hundred tomato plants fella there's got to be something better then picking them off one at a time I use spinosad spinosad is for chewing insects it's not for piercing sucking insects

  5. I been using ortho home defense and they just walk all over it and keep living, maybe I got a bad batch because its not doing anything to them, I found raid spray works better for me at least, plus on the back of a gallon of raid spray it has stink bugs among others that is made for and ortho home defense doesn't

  6. okay than what fucking bug did i just crush it looks similar but smelled like lime and mint

  7. I use a Gatorade bottle, put anything thing that smell's good to me, Tide, Dawn, Downy, add that to the water, then when I see one I put the bottle up to it, they jump in and I put the lid on. One at a time they jump in and I can NOT STAND THEM! So I saw them last year and only a few this year, but I hate them.

  8. Are you serious with this? Lol. Knocking them off one at time? How is that effective or even remotely efficient? What dilution of neem oil is safe for a peach tree?

  9. What was that about the rum making process? Lol

I heard these things hate lavender oil. Which is GREAT news for me!

  10. I have a red crepe myrtle and I see those bugs all over it sometimes. I also have a pink myrtle and they are on it too, but not as bad as the red myrtle. What is safe to use that won’t harm the delicate flowers which are finally starting to bloom. Thanks so much for any help

  11. That's what I want to do with hundreds of stink bugs. I can't wait to see how much time it takes for me to walk all over the house and garden with a clear glass pitcher and tap or push the stink bugs into it 😂

  12. I've never heard of stink bugs until noticed all the plants started looking dry and not surviving. When examined, the potted plants found a brown bug and then more and have tried everything like washing up liquid, vinegar, garlic spray, peppermint. I really can't do anything. I've got a small patio and over the other side of the wall are three siver birch trees and have never seen leaves or buds ? This will be coming up for 3rd year and this needs sorted because an infestation has started. I'm in Scotland , city of Edinburgh and will need find out what works as they keep coming back

  13. It's hard to get the big vase under many spots in the garden. What I do is use a flat tool (such as a flat hand shovel or even a spoon) and something to poke them with. I place the flat tool a little bit away from the stinkbug and use the poke tool to make them run away towards the flat tool. He'll then be crawling on your flat tool which you can then use to carry him to the soapy water. A little tap above it and he'll fall in.

  14. Really???? In one week I filled a 2litter bottle full at one of my back doors….. this is just me just getting the ones that was around my French doors so they didn’t fly in when I opened it!!

  15. Mine are in my house and make the smell without being bothered and I'm dying over here there coming in my ac units and window there window units
