  1. My direct area is actually cooler! Zone 9b, but we have had multiple 24• mornings already. I have heard the wildest comments on the new zoning, I am so glad you addressed it. I tell people…Great, go plant some new plants:)

  2. My location went from 7a to 7b in N Utah, the Great Salt Lake, whatever is left of it, creates a warmer zone than the higher elevation mountains to my East. My sister in KY was really upset when I told her that I was a z7 and she’s a z6, yet she has one more month of growing than I do. My area just doesn’t get as cold as hers and our air is definitely drier.

  3. We went from 6a to 6b. Not a huge difference but like you said, may try to push some boundaries (no pun intended) this coming year with new plants. Very exciting.

  4. Q? How do they cone up with those numbers? They didn't change our's here in north, upper lake Erie. I'm confused about the "extreme" weather indication, I have not recorded temperature as low as they sate. Thanks ladies for a great year learning so much from this chat each week🎉
