Turkish Rocket a Broccoli Substitute is a wonderful perennial vegetable where you can eat the leaves, florets, and flowers. I love the fact that I have a broccoli substitute that comes back year after year, are not subject to cabbage worms, and have parts that I can eat from early spring until late fall. Also known as Bunias orientalis, Turkish wartycabbage, warty-cabbage, and hill mustard and is an edible wild plant.
