The sidewall covering is the same as what you used to put your Kabar in a "Sheath" and from there adding the "ing" it becomes "sheathing"

Sheathing is the correct term. Sheeting doesn't have the structural component sheathing does. If its used as a structural component its sheathing. Sheeting is a protective cover.
The terms are widely used interchangeably but they're not the same.

One thing that might help is a sheetrock T- square to be able to draw your pencil lines after you measure. I have one to help me draw !ones and the T-square will stay in place. Specially if you are working be yourself. It is looking great. Thank you for your videos.

Plywood and OSB are examples of sheathing, not “sheeting.” The word comes from the verb “to sheathe,” which means to encase something in a protective covering (as a dagger is protected by a leather sheath).
You two are a great team. Keep up the great work. We remember the twos but they are still learning. threes are where they know better and are testing you. Stay strong and remember that you are raising an adult not a two year old. Do not be discouraged you are doing a wonderful job.
