  1. Exactly what I want! That is a wood burning fireplace, right? I can even have a garage built with entry in the laundry room. Kitchen is large enough to work efficiently in. Only missing a coat closet but a bench with hooks behind it will suffice. Can this roof and its pitch manage a heavy snow load?

  2. Kitchen is a deal breaker for me. Absolutely no counter space, no storage and no pantry to make up for it.

  3. I love the living room! I would gladly give up the third bathroom for a larger and more efficient kitchen—storage space and counter space are a problem. Personally, I would prefer the laundry area to not be in the rear entrance—I can just imagine dirty little hands and paws all over clean laundry.

  4. The entry porch is useful, and just inside the door there appears to be a small coat closet. There's just space for a small bench near it. The sliding barn doors will probably never be closed. The dining room has a huge table, but the kitchen is small. It could use a pantry with counter space, perhaps achieved by reconfiguring the back hall/laundry/master closet. There also seem to be a pair of mystery "closets" off the hallway to the secondary bedrooms, and perhaps the washer and dryer could be located there. (If one contains a heating system, there are modern systems that are very compact, and heat pumps have their compressors outside the house.) Otherwise, the layout seems quite workable!

  5. I agree, the kitchen is useless, sacrifice that middle bedroom for the dining room, open to the living room and expand the kitchen into the dining room. Make the back porch the third bedroom and create a patio to fill in that corner.

  6. This one is fabulous!! I'm big on the comfort of guests as well as inhabitants. It seems there is room for guests with essential bathrooms and washer/dryer. It's comfy. The community spaces are spacious and appealing. I like the rustic country doors into the dining room, a nice touch. Very, very well done. Thank you.

  7. Love this! Everything is perfect about it – especially the outdoor spaces, the kitchen and large dining room. This would be the floor plan for me if I was building a new home.

  8. Me encanta lista para entrar a vivir sois únicos haciendo los planos de estas 🏘️ casas un saludo desde Galicia España

  9. Like it! Loved the living room. However I don't understand the fencing bisects the house??? Seems weird. Also you definitely could reduce the dining room to give the kitchen more counter space.😊

  10. This house is pretty different than your other ones, and I love it! The exterior colors are so attractive and all the rooms have their own color and design scheme with so much personality. It's reminiscent of coastal New England. I love the first two bedrooms and bathrooms! The whole house is so comfy looking. Forgot to.mention that I absolutely love the barn doors at the entranceway to the dining room. They look like they slide closed? That huge wood dining room table is my dream table?

  11. Very cozy and nice. Got to have the counter space to bake though. A dining room without windows feels more closed in. Overall very nice cottage.

  12. This is a wonderful house! It radiates peace and tranquility. It's small for gigentomaniacs, but the gigantic era is over anyway! A house should be intimate and radiating warmth, where people come home happy when they are tired! Congratulations to! Super!

  13. That's a nightmare shack where not even a week's worth of clothes fits in a closet. We tried that in 1930s houses and they were unlivable then as they are now. These nonsense trends just create waste.

  14. Unrealistic. This would only be livable if you eliminated the dining room table (would you really want to walk around it every time you went to the kitchen or a bedroom?) and a third of the living room furniture (impossible to walk behind the Wayfair chairs).

  15. Where can we find such real house? I hope this isn’t just an art.
