  1. I love your channel and art jess, I really want you to make your own art book with your best drawings I would love to buy it!!

  2. I have aphantasia and don’t see things in my minds eye. Watching your videos where you do a lot of sketching in coffee shops and beaches etc always makes me wonder if you take photos to be able to complete them. Today for the first time, I wondered if you can look at something, absorb it and reference the image in your head to complete the piece? I’ve never been able to do that and wonder if perhaps I just need to have a different process. This might explain a lot lol

  3. This is so heartwarming. Just recieved your mail and it is lovely. I am 76 and you have really inspired me. I have decided I'm not to old to learn. ❤

  4. I hoped you had a great birthday, thank you for all of your YouTube videos each one of them are just magical! ❤ ❤❤

  5. hello! I just now found your channal. I was watching this while drawing in my own book. Thanks so much for siting through and showing the whole thing. ❤

  6. Wait, the vintage library stamp dates are genius. I might be stealing that. Also: do people ever not like how you've drawn them? I'm always afraid my urban sketching targets will tell me they don't actually look how I've drawn them – haha.

  7. Thank you so much! Giving you back twice as much love and light that you shared with us 💛💛💛💛💛

  8. Incredible talent but what I love most is your willingness to play and experiment. One of my favourite artists is David Hockney because he captures mood and has no fear.

  9. Just what I needed, todays been so hectic. I know nothing about a situation I’ve just been out in and I need to just decompress.

  10. You are inspiring. I'm in the hospital now. I've been diagnosed with uterine cancer. I'm planning on delving more in art.

  11. Beautiful and very inspiring! How do you prevent pastels or colored pencils from rubbing onto the opposite page? Thanks so much! Keep the inspiration flowing!

  12. Thanks for sharing! So your cat likes to lie on your sketchbook? Mine does it all the time … I have to be careful not to leave wet paint within reach.

  13. I have been watching you for so long with no idea you're local until your boat show spread!!!

  14. I love everything about your art Jess, but today it is your use of colour that has really inspired me. I'm finishing a mini sketchboook that lives in my bag and I've used only ink pens, just black, grey, green and a metallic pink (sounds weird but it works). It's been great for focussing on my line drawings, but now I'm itching to unwrap the new mini waiting for me and I want to let it explode with ALL the colours! Thanks again for creating a channel I come to for inspiration, where I am never disappointed 🥰

  15. Jess, your art is absolutely amazing! after watching this video, I feel inspired. I'm a 11 year old who started art 3 years ago, and I have come a long way thanks to videos, and practice. I know that I want to do art, and I want to become serious about it. "I've also been finding beauty in simplicity, and learning to live, and make the most of every moment." is beautiful. Now that I am greatly inspired, I'm going to go pick up a pencil, and start drawing. Love you Jess!

  16. What a lovely tour, Jess! 😍 Funny, that this week published a Finnish study (?) that cats have over 200 facial expressions! 😃

  17. As usual perfection and mind is blown!🙌🙌🙌🙌 I wish my art could get to this level. I binge watch you to get motivated and then look up and the days gone and I'm too depressed how good your art is, I just don't do it lol. You're just unbelievably amazing💙 Taryn💙

  18. I bought my first drawing pen, and me and my son and I share it. I am enjoying it

  19. Interesting work as usual and what i love the most in this sketchbook is the use of different shades of one color in one sketch, you made genuinely beautiful, i always enjoy this ride with you thank you for the inspiration

  20. Really adorable sketches!!🤩🤩 They brings me back a lot of memories 🥺
