I want my downtown! How can it be Historic Down Town if its not older?!?!
Would there not be high density housing in the area of the college. Behind it would be a great spot.
I don't get how those huge apartment buildings count as medium density. They should be high.
@quill18 they're working on making every residential Toronto street 30 km/h with speed bumps. The street I grew up on was 50 km/h for decades – went down to 40 km/h out of nowhere and within another year or two was down to 30 km/h with speed bumps. It's nonsense.
