I’ve always felt like growing cauliflower and cruciferous vegetables produces so much waste from alllllllll the huge leaves left behind. What do you do with it all? I mean even all the little leaves from all that celery. I heard you can actually eat the leaves like any other leafy green but do you? Do you just compost them all?

I wish to grow foods that I can harvest and eat. I did good with my 2022 Fall gardening. I'm still learning. Thanks for sharing your story. 😊
