I had no idea celery would last that long in the cold! I use it all the time. Mostly in cooking but I make sure I save and dehydrate all the leaves for celery powder/salt and to put into soups and stews and just about everything! Can’t make chicken & dumplings without it! ❤❤❤😊
You gotta love the cold weather crops.
My husband just put up a 2nd greenhouse for me!!!!…He went to the store to get a few things and finally saw those prices of most things that I can grow….lol…hes on board now!…let your subscribers know to stock up on mason jars out of season…cuz the price goes way up during harvest months!

I love the variety in your garden. Will your brassicas last thru the winter in your zone?
You might still be able to overwinter those pepper plants. The leaves are dead but you would take most of the plant off anyway. I had similar damage but when I took off most of the branches I saw how green they were in the center. It might be worth giving it a try. Good luck!
Are tomatoes still frozen? If so, are you going to pick the frozen ones and put in the freezer?
