Im quite new to the hobby and this is my first jar which I made maybe just under a month ago). I have three squirmy guys. I think two are leeches, but the third is a different color and the way he moves is different too.
Any ideas on what this respectable young invertabrate may be? (He is the semi transparent one with the red bits in him. I believe the other one to be a leech but I could be wrong)

The one with a more pointy head I believe is a planarian.
