  1. I love how authentic and honest you are. It encourages me to keep going.

Will search your channel on building those gorgeous beds!!!!

  2. My in-laws lost a crop of tomatoes to a tornado while they were still green. They used them to make green tomato jelly. Just a thought for all those green tomatoes…

  3. The rate at which Becky's channel is growing is a testament to the value she is giving out. Thank you Becky for sharing your life with us and teaching us so much about homemaking. Good job.👏👏♥️

  4. I only grow hardneck garlic (Music variety) and I can plant my garlic and store it until the next harvest and a little more. And if you freeze or dry it, it stores even longer (like any other garlic). In Quebec, we can get some -20 °C often during winter, but there is a good layer of snow on the ground.

Where did you buy the garlic that is in the mail? I would love to try something else this year!

  5. Idk if you have a video about this already, but id love a video all about the seeds you have all the different seeds you have in each box, when you plant them etc.

  6. Great white northern does very well for me! You’ll like it. My favorite part is that it is easy to peel the huge cloves!

  7. My family would always make green tomato relish at the end of summer. I wish I had the recipe to give you but I don’t. I’m sure there are many out there in the internet. It is one of my favourite condiments. Perfect for ham sandwiches. Yum.

  8. Hello Becky .. just found your site … really enjoy your videos and energy that you have .. can we see the chickens .. you work so hard but the bounty you receive is worth it.. love your home .. Bernie from uk

  9. Yum. I love fried green tomatoes and it doesn’t matter which variety you fry although obviously if they are bigger, it is easier to batter. Thanks for showing the process of harvesting and bed prep.

  10. Every year I get a little better about labeling 🤣. Maybe some day I'll go a whole harvest season without questioning the variety of something I seeded or planted.

  11. Can I ask why you keep using the wheelbarrow? Did something happen to your side by side/ranger? I thought you made your paths wide enough for you to drive down so it was easier to do the jobs?

  12. Are you going to be Saving any seeds from the flowers ? Zinnias ect ? Do you have a Dibbler ? It makes planting Garlic easier ❤😊you ought to call any shelters in the area to come an Gleen before you take out the whole plants !❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  13. My dad would take the green tomatoes and make pickled green tomatoes. I also tried garlic scape pesto that a coworker made, and it was amazing. Didn't know you could use them like that. Just a few thoughts. I love your videos. Thank you friend!

  14. Becky i don't know if it's just in my device but your voice over volume is so low i really need to back and forth put the volume up and down everytime you actually talking on the video and when you do the voice over 😭
