A decision had to be made.

Thank you all who have purchased goodies from us, We appreciate you more than you can imagine. I guess its not too much a new direction as it is an additional direction. We will continue to build the farm and serve our community with fresh veggies as they are available.
As hard as we tried, we realized the need to supplement our income until retirement which is still a couple of years away. I am excited about this new opportunity and am hoping to make a difference in our local community by working with the kiddos’ who may need some direction.
Pray for us in the new endeavor.

We will continue to provide content on our channel are excited about the fall garden and believe it or not, the upcoming spring garden that will be here before we know it.

God bless you all.
Love you,
Jill

  1. Hey Jill! Still in California with Family! Spent 12 days with COVID. Had to cancel Mom’s 90th Birthday Festivity due to my Sister + COVID test on Monday. Heading back to Texas on the 30th. Congrats on your new job! I know it wasn’t without deep thought and Prayer. Blessings to you and Greg. Hugs to Pops

  2. Tuesday forecasted at 27 😢 everything is going so well and I have many beds to cover or pull , greenhouse to winterize, harvest a bazillion peppers ext…but I'm so conflicted deciding to keep going or just give it up for now. I've been in the garden for hours daily making it my job and I will surely miss its beauty

  4. I retired from a job in procurement. Wouldn't want two back right now with all the supply chain disruptions. Godspeed.

  5. This economy is tough! I have seen so many stay at home moms become teachers in the last few years out of need. It's hard to make it right now.

  6. God has given you many challenges this year, and you've made it through. He has blessed you once again with another gift of guidance. Prayers for all affected by this lousy economy. It's been rough.

  7. When you’ve followed you for years there’s no surprise at your news, could feel something new was coming up. You’re such an inspiration of a Proverbs 31 woman ( I know people throw that out so easily) but it is true. Best of all to you in your next season and the many others doing new things they never saw themselves doing with this crazy world going on. God does take what’s meant for evil and turn it to good. Many will be blessed who will get to cross paths with you in your new position ❤

  8. I have some help from a food bank in Cleburne, that sure helps me out ! I thank GOD for this ! WHAT A BLESSING ! First time for me….

  9. My chili plants need a couple more weeks for the fall harvest. They are loaded with fruit. It's not looking good with the weather forecast.
