This is just a quick video to show you what ‘Leaf Spot’ diseases look like on tomato plants. They are very specific as a brown speck with a yellow halo around it. Each leaf can dozens of spots. I have a more detailed video of this plant and how to cure it on my Main Gardening Channel.
