  3. Ohhh Please show us a picture of you both dressed up…I'm sure you will look beautiful !!!

  4. Beautiful gift of the tree! Hoping it survives. It’s great that you give away the pumpkins, squash, and gourds. They will be greatly appreciated. Pumpkins in our area went from $8 to $20 depending on size🤦‍♀️

  5. I love how you are able to plant anything you want because you have the space! I live vicariously through you lol. Your kids are adorable 😊

  6. I think you need a moss juniper near the pond with its lovely fronds cascading over a rock. Did you ever figure out what went on with the 11th fish? Did they have babies? So weird!! How are you feeling about winterizing the pond and fish- any concerns? I'm excited to see beautiful shots of in in the winter [please] I want to send you a tree now! I'm in Eugene, OR and I have lots of baby saplings pop up. Maybe a way to try out a tree from the other side of the state- a ""native"" 😉 haha.

  7. Thank you for all the warm fuzzies today! 😊
Love the star treatment Susan's redwood got in editing 🤩
    And Samantha's volcano ❤

  8. What is the weeping tree at 7.25? I have one that came up by it's self and I have no idea what it is.

  9. A palette walkway off of the main path weaving in and out of those trees on the “new new” property would be the most magical thing! Fairy hunting opportunities to the max!

  10. "So these should hold special meaning to you" 😂😂
I don't know why, but I especially love little interactions like that.

  11. Ooohhh I wish I could grab some. Gang it. You are such a beautiful soul. Thanks for sharing. 💜💜💜

  12. When Samantha is 102 years old, she’ll remember when the family planted the 100 year old red wood. Geez Ben will be 106! Hopefully you’ll be dirt napping yourself by then unless 140 is the new 80. Hey if technology can keep us alive to out live our trees and turtles, then yay 🌳 👵 🐢 Do It

  13. I don't think that tree will survive. It doesn't have any dirt around it and it's already discolored. That's a real shame.

  14. Wouldn’t it be fun if you decorated your closest of neighbors front doors with pumpkins? Maybe you had already given them pumpkins, but that would be fun.

  15. I grew up in Eastern Washington, which is also high desert, and watching Aaron “auging” the hole for the redwood tree, with the powdery soil flying in the air, brought back so many memories. Good ones…gardening, and not so good…the dust storms!!😂

  16. Obviously you are aware of your influence since you accept paid promotions. Continuing to bring your viewers attention to barberry is just doing damage. Why mention it at all? Since you aren't in expert in barberry saying that they do not spread in your area is a disservice. The Tiger Eye Sumac is a perfect example of something that didn't do what is was supposed to do.

  17. Aww Thanks so much for sharing the pumpkins "rest of the story". I'm like you – love to grow things sometimes just because it's fun to grow and then give it away. Pumpkins, zucchini, squash, etc.

  18. Redwoods are beautiful! They’re also extremely thirsty, grow massive quickly, and will plow through everything with their roots.

  19. Dogwood tree wood was what the cross ✝️ was made of that Jesus died on 🙌
Glory to God in the highest!

  20. LOVE the fall colors. The garden center was gorgeous, but then came that drone flight…. oh boy, just golden magic everywhere. Thank you for this (where I live, we go from green to dead brown, not many glowy hues in here, so I appreciate this video SO much)

  21. You are AMAZING!! You are so industrious & have never ending energy!! What time do you finally retire in the evening & awaken in the morning?
Do you think there will come a day when you & Aaron have no place left to plant? You'll have to sit back & simply enjoy all of the beauty you've created! I certainly hope one or both of the children will continue your legacy one day! Love seeing the kids in the videos! 😊

  22. We managed to keep baby redwoods alive & thriving in zone 9A with a LOT of water. I’m sure you will too! Ours are about 60 feet tall at 43 years old. If we were in a colder climate, they would probably be 20 feet taller by now. Our lowest temperature is around +25 degrees.

  23. Hope your Redwood likes its new home. Im in Humboldt County Calif 🌲🌲🌲🌲 Redwood capital of the world. Pray over it 🙂

  24. I live in California's central valley, Zone 9a. Lots of coast redwoods are planted here and they do well if given enough water. Our summers are as hot and dry as yours, but we don't get as cold.

  25. Laura, your design sense is typically sophisticated and elegant and I almost always agree with your decisions. But, I'll never understand why you chose those enormous urns, that command attention so strongly and draw the eye to whatever they're flanking, to draw that attention to your dumpster. It doesn't matte what I think; it's your garden. But, it just doesn't compute for me. Seems like a waste and a bit silly. But, you do you. Looking forward to seeing how the redwood does. Imagining it 300 years from now, towering over your demesne as a legacy and testament to your gardening chops 😄
Is that No at 3:35 or Douglas? Seems too dark to be Douglas. ~ Lisa

  26. Wow, such a great exercise workout on your property! No need for a gym 🙂 Such a wonderful gift for your community. I would think Andrews is the hub of Ontario! Love to see that Redwood grow!

  27. Laura: loaded and unloaded 3 skidfulls of pumpkins, went to the garden centre & bought two trees, took them home and planted them, planted barberries, and planted a redwood tree and still had time to get ready and go to a wedding.
Me: had a shower, ate breakfast, did dishes, put some anemone corms in a cup to soak, had some tea and watched Garden Answer. It's now 1 o'clock.🤪

  28. I planted a Tennessee spinning gourd one year or something like it ,having no idea what it was , I was overrun ! A few banana boxes full ! I burned most of them so they wouldn’t reseed ! Never again ! 😂That poor little Redwood tree is probably wondering what it did wrong to be sent to the desert 😅 loved the music.

  29. What brand was the hose guide that you recommended in a past video? It anchors into the ground and guides the hose around the corners.

  30. Hope the Redwood survives! I adore evergreens! Samantha is so smart and adorable! She looks just like your mom! Love Aron and how happy you guys are! Hugs to Benjamin! ❤️

  31. It is great that you offer things for free BUT be mindful of blocking the sidewalk. As a builder and having a sister who is an architect we have to be mindful of people with disabilities. i understand the pallets are only on the sidewalk for a short period of time. As able body people we have to be aware of what people with disabilities have to go through to travel around town.

  32. What a wonderful gift from Susan😊 And how lovely that Laura planted the tree with the whole family and even highlighted it with drone footage. Beautifully done😊
