There’s a simple method – which I got from Charles Dowding himself (credit where credit is due 🙌🏻) – that will save you space in the garden and get you the best lettuce harvests, by making sure you don’t waste your efforts in growing and transplanting weak seedlings!
This method proves that a little extra effort in the beginning goes a long way!

Maybe stronger seeds but wayyy more active effort than just thinning?!?
I must admit sometimes I transplant some seedlings when I’m thinning lol 😂
