  1. Can't you see it?? It is a Whole Communist China Property Industry-wide collapse, not only one developer's problem !!!!

  2. I was at a retirement seminar and the speaker spoke on how he quit his job after he made well over $950,000 PROFIT within 3months he invested $120,000. I just need creative ideas to afford my retirement.🚀🚀

  3. Evergrande… Country Garden… more to come… China's growth coming to an end… who's dumb and greedy enough to hold these USD bonds in the first place?!

  4. Unable to pay means default means restructuring – which means LIQUIDATION. All the nice strange terminology are used to disguise the collapse of the company and its winding up as it is BANKRUPT. Country Garden hoped for a China Government bail out as it has 3121 uncompleted projects. It hoped to be rescued as { Too Big To Fail }.

  5. CNBC — so what if don't pay ? who dare to ask for payment ? you think the China police will sit and watch if anyone dare to ask for money ?
