  1. I love your videos Kaye. I love your gardens and your kitties. I’m inspired by you and what you have done.

  2. When you start distributing that manure on the lower garden, I'll bet you'll be wishing he had dumped about three loads there. Black gold magic it is !!!

  3. Kaye next time you need to cook a big squash like that cut it in half and put flesh side down into a baking dish with about 2 inches of water and bake at 325 f until completely soft. You should have a uniformly cook squash with hardly any dark spots.

  4. I will definitely write a comment of support!! Yahoo to Kaye!! πŸ‘πŸ» I’m 42 and have lived my whole life farming and still do with my husband and teen girls. It’s hard work homesteading and I wish I could be your neighbour!! We’d be great friends. I admire you tackling the homestead when it wasn’t back hand knowledge to you. I wish my daughters grandmother would think her glass is 1/2 full to live and not 1/2 empty with no hobbies. You are a gem πŸ’Ž ❀
Lots of love from PEI, Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

  5. Wow that's a serious load of manure! I pray you will have some help spreading it in the garden as that's a lot of work. In my small garden I use rabbit manure as it has more nutrients than either cow or horse and you can apply it immediately with no waiting. The flowers and peppers are still going strong and your dinner looks delicious. Blessings always..

  6. friday i go up to Holywood,,,, shall take some of you're work with me
from early LA days right up to today a full journey of your gardens and gardening ,,,,,,,, just listen to that big Ford V8 wonderful……..Ed

  7. Kaye, your homestead and surrounding area/land is so beautiful! I keep praying, and hoping that the Lord will bless me with a few acres soon, as I am a Late Bloomer also. I would have to sell my home which needs repair for capital to do so. I pray for God's will to be done. The bell peppers look so πŸ˜‹ yummy. That squash looked good too. Thank you so much; I pray God's continued blessings on you for health, protection, and happiness. Love seeing the kitties too. Your video skills are great…loved the spider intro πŸ˜‚. ❀😊🐱

  8. I love your channel. My daughter is going to be purchasing land and an older home, we hope. She will be working away in the big city of NY. I'll be at home by myself most of the time. I think if she can do it I can too.
