Coorg, a hill station in Karnataka, has been on my list of travel destinations for a long time. Passing through Belur and Hassan before reaching Madikeri, this road trip has some of the most breathtaking views of lush forests and has become one of my most favourite road trips already.

I’ve chosen to stay in Madikeri at Lazo Coffee Bean Resort, a brand new resort on the Mysuru- Madikeri Highway. This resort has close proximity to all the tourist attractions. This resort has a private waterfall and a water stream that flows in its backyard, which is actually a dense forest. It is so close to the forest that you can almost touch a tree from your balcony.
