Red next to yellow will kill a fellow… red next to black is a friend to Jack. I think!
As always thank you for your time. Love learning from you Kaye.๐
Good morning from the Florida garden Kaye.
Hello from Ontario, ๐จ๐ฆ ๐
Hi Kaye so cover crop makes soil better?
Good Afternoon Kaye – So much to learn about cover crops and how they improve your soils. So glad that snake was not the poisonous kind as I do worry about the cats coming across them. I had garter snakes in my yard when I lived behind a pond and some got to be quite large like 3 foot or so. Scared the crap out of me every time. Hope you have a blessed week and no more snake encounters..
I have heard of people using hair to make a diagnosis but not the Iris. This is so fascinating.
So what part of Tennessee are you located? We were thinking about moving to Tennessee, but I read that the soil is clay based and hard to grow veggies, etc. But you seem to be doing great ๐
Omg ๐ฑ a snake! Every time I think for a minute I could live in the countryโฆ.someone sees a snake!
No coral snakes in Tennessee.
Can you share where you buy the seeds, etc from please?? Love your vids.
Oi gauchinia, todo bein? (Hey little hottie, everything good?) (Portuguese) You put another smile on my mugs as I was having my coffee this morning. Pun intended. As I watched the accelerated video of you laying your ground cover, & the music started, my coffee tasted better, & I had to pick up Amanda Lynn(my mandolin) & play along. What a great start to my day!! I also thought it would be great to have the Super Power to kick it into high gear to get chores done. I also have a guitar named 2 Dogz. I have many stories about names for another time. As I started this the marine layer lifted and the sun broke through. Living on the water like I do is mystical and magical. Thank you for the start of a great day and end of a week.๐๐ช๐ฅโ๐โต๐บ๐ธ๐ฌ๐ท

Will you till the cover crop over with a tiller in the spring?
Do not use Sudan grass you can never get rid of it it's very invasive
enjoy your rain. send some to far northern california. its gonna be 95 here again today.
Lovin it! Great video, Kaye glad you are moving about now and doing what you love again. Love the Americana sound! Loved all the music you chose! Totally loved the video and to see you active again.๐ป
Have you tried pulling those 2 strings apart to open the bag?
I'm glad you didn't kill that beautiful snake! They eat mice and other pests, and that one was not venomous.
The video was so hilarious on the parts where you speeded up what you were doing as I typically watch replays of videos at 1.25 speedโฆ I had a nice chuckle.. thank you, your videos are a lovely escape from the world of today! God bless you Kayeโ๐ป
Hi Kaye! It's so good to see you up and about! Enjoyed watching your cover crops. I haven't been watching as much lately, I've been working on getting my raised beds set up for fall and winter, and doing an intense Bible study. I'm going to go back and catch up on your videos, but it's so good do see you back to your gardening! Take care, dear lady!
So well explained!
You're certainly doing well for having a broken knee cap. Congratulations!! We do what we gotta do!! God bless!! I got 6 pints and 2 half pints of bell peppers put up last nite. A lady at church gave ro me. I just put them in vinegar and waterbathed. I kept one half pint. I'll taste next week to see how they can up. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!! My dear dad used to tell me that!! I sure miss him. My cousin sent me holly hoc seeds. Do you know when to plant them? God bless. Those I believe are habaneros..very HOT!!!!! That's a beautiful basket!!
Wouldn't cover crop lure in the deer? That is what my common sense tells me. You mentioned you would show us your comfry and you didn't ๐ Glad your knee is on the mend. You seem to be doing very very good. As we age our bones take longer to heal. You are doing awesome!
I have a queston kaye. I don' t have a well or one of those water sheds that you. I don't discussing my business publicly buy i am wondering if one of those 5500 gallon drums like you had in you garage on a video. I wonderi g if it make sense to put one in the garage and fill it wirh drinking water?
The Crimson clover is absolutely beautiful Miss Kaye.
When I was in the wilderness I ate cover. Good greens.
