    Sorry to hear about Ben's injured foot mishap and I pray that it heals completely and that he will be back to normal quickly.

    Awww poor Benny, hoping for his quick and boring recovery! My son has grown up with lil Ben and are actually the same age, and i could just imaging them playing together all the time. Now my 8 month old is mesmerized by Jess' voice and when fussy I just get babysitter Jess to sooth her 😂😅

    I love this. So excited for the coffee! Aww sweet Ben praying for a speedy and full recovery. It's so hard to have our little ones sick or injured, but he's got a good mama and daddy taking care of him.

    I would suggest just freezing the roasted eggplant (you scrape out) and then making the baba-ganoush fresh as needed.

    Jess, that is how my two garden beds are, like a jungle. I am just now getting peppers. They are flowering and producing lots of peppers. My basil is about 3 to 4 feet tall. My beans are over my small trellis and just starting to flower. My sugar snap peas are over my small trellis. I have a tomato plant that is just flowering.

    Jess, try making Moussaka with the eggplant. It is a delicious Greek recipe. You should be able to look up the recipe on line.

    Planted my fall seeds. Feels like early summer, here in Hawaii! My Okra and Eggplants are getting huge, so then I planted Soybeans! Lettuce and Spinach, Sweet peppers and Shishito peppers! Yummos!🌺😋🤙
