After your kale and collard green seedlings get to be 4-5 weeks old they are ready to be transplanted into cups. They should be fertilized around 2-3 weeks and again at transplants. I recommend using 1/2 strength liquid fertilizer. They will continue to grow in the larger cups as you get ready to plant them outdoors.
