****** About Living Traditions Homestead ******
Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too βbusyβ and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.
We put out new videos every week! We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we give up the rat race and live simpler, more fulfilling life in the country.

Hahaha, I thought that blind was a tardis at first glance!
I'm glad you got the chance to do a video about hunting
I misspoke in the video and said you only need 5 acres in Missouri to get land owner permits. The rules apparently changed a few years ago which many of you have pointed out to me. You now need 20 acres to get free permits. As with everything on YouTube, please make sure that you do your own research and donβt just take a YouTubers word for things. We are human and are sometimes unknowingly wrong. – Kevin
Your homestead is wonderful and we watch every video with great interest and appreciation for how hard you both work. We are curious to know the layout of your different property areas in relationship to each other and wonder how big is your acreage to accommodate all of the different spaces you have – pastures, hayfields, Waddlesville, orchard, outside garden, etc. You seem to make best use of every little space! Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom, knowledge, trials, recipes, successes, and not as successful endeavors – we enjoy learning from you both!
I love hunting and use an Excalibur crossbow with Sevr broadheads. Less to go wrong! LOL Good luck on your hunt!!
Thank you for supporting the hunting community! Real meat doesnβt come on styrofoam wrapped in plastic!
I didn't just like this type of video… I loved it! More please. Congratulations to both your daughters. God bless!
You are lucky where you live. In my area, you have to put your name in for a draw to get a license and usually only get one every few years
I am so excited for your daughter. Thank you Jesus! What a blessing!
Thank you Kevin for this interesting video. It might be interesting to make a video about what parts of the deer you keep and what you do with them. Also would you let us know what part of the deer you need to aim for a kill shot? All the best to you and your loved ones. P.S.: Congratulations for your daughter's baptism. Blessings from Ontario, Canada
"Land Owner hunting PERMITS?!" Are you kidding me? They've no right to tell you what you can do on your property
IAM SO HAPPY FOR YOUR GIRL PRAISE GOD. HOW WONDERFUL THAT YOU KEEP GOD IN YOUR FAMILIES LIFE AND HOW YOU LIVE THE OLD WAYS. GREAT JOB SETTING UP FOR DEER SEASON. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS !!πππ
So Happy for Samantha π Praise Hod for your family being Saved π
Thank you for the videos and please try to do few videos while you are hunting
You have a very nice set-up! I have outgrown (re. too old) many of my favorite places to hunt. They are too far into the woods, or up the mountain ridges. I have a farmer friend that has a bit of acreage that I might hit up this year. I would say that over the decades, most of my hunting locations were picked for their remoteness, and aesthetics. I need to stick with that as much as I can. As you well know, it's not just all about harvesting. Having said that, I wish you the best of luck this season. The 1st deer hunting I will be doing is during the 3 day Senior doe hunt here in central PA, starting the 19th of October. Take care Kevinπ¦πΉπΉ
Nothing better than seeing our children and grandchildren following the Lord. Gives us a peace of mind in this world we are living in. Congratulations to your daughter and to both her parents.
Absolutely beautiful view from your tree stand!!!
How many acres do you have?

Well AMEN for the Baptism guys!!! We actually watched a young boy get baptized on the White River one day we were there and it gave me chills! (As a Catholic, we are baptized at birth, so different experience). So happy for your daughter! β€ yβall, Kristy in WPππΊπΈπΊπΈπΊπΈ
