Gary Pilarchik: Determinate Tomatoes: Normal Leaf Die Off and LIfe Cycle: Don't Worry – MFG 2016

I get a lot of questions about indeterminate and determinate tomatoes. Determinate tomatoes are great for containers. They grow to a set height, flower quickly and produce fruit over a short period. They also die off when done. Here is a determinate tomato toward the end of its life cycle with leaf die back. It is normal so don’t worry if it happens to yours.
