“Raiders Will Steal Your Garden Vegetables” 🤣 -Stealth Gardening Solution

Often preppers are so hyper focused on TEOTWAWKI, End of the World, Zombie Apocalypse, EMP scenarios that they forget that prepping is not just for Armageddon, but for current day scenarios including inflation, and food shortages. Personally, I think it makes sense for all preppers to learn gardening skills for self sufficiency, but lately I have seen a lot of forum posts that “growing a garden is useless because someone will just steal your crops in SHTF.” While I don’t agree with that mindset, for the sake of argument, I do have a solution; stealth gardening. Stealth gardening is when you are growing crops that “normies” would not even recognize as edible and medicinal. Hope you find this video helpful, don’t forget to hit the like button and subscribe with the bell notification turned on.

  1. I get told this often. It's an excuse for them to be lazy or complacent because they think growing a garden is beneath them. Or they secretly know how difficult it is and are trying to cover for their lack of action.
The reality is most will go down within a week because they will drink dirty water. I believe a large segment of the population knows nothing of how to actually purify water. Those that remain will be dealt with rather quickly. If I'm well fed and they're beyond hungry, they will be the ones making mistakes from carelessness. Just watch alone. After 2 weeks with no food, most people aren't strong enough to hike a mile without needing a break.
I would advise against autumn olive as it's highly invasive.
My suggestion is learn how to process acorns. They're plentiful and the average person has ZERO idea how to process them and might try and eat them without leaching the tannins which will cause digestion issues and vomiting further weakening them.

  2. I’m new to prepping but you’re never too old to learn. God bless you remember, Jesus loves you.😊

  3. Here in south Georgia got beauty berry all over and wild thorn blackberry use as a boundary hedge, you can buy the prime ark 45 that has thorns but produce larger berries.

  4. I'm heavily relying on cannibalism for my post SHTF food supply so my vegetable garden is really just bait… 🤣🤣

  5. “Stealth garden” just sounds so badass. Watching as New England begins to brace for impact for hurricane Lee. Stay safe down there!

  6. Im doing a stealth edible/ perimeter with thorned raspberries, & blackberry. Also multi-flora rose (thick and nasty)

  7. One more.. my mulberry had an amazing crop this year. We ate our fill, and they kept the birds away from my blueberries through mid season.

  8. My husband and I are teaching as many people as possible to grow their own food. The more people who have a garden in our community the better off all of us will be. I let purslane grow. It has more health benefits than most vegetables… and people pull it as a weed.

  9. Rubbish, when people turn animal because they're starving and haven't prepped, they will come in their hoards to take EVERYTHING you have.
    Wow, you have NO idea.
They will NOT hesitate to kill anyone standing in their path.
    No i didn't listen past the intro….disgusted….
    Enough said.

  10. (In the south) Different colors of sweet potatoes make beautiful ornamental ground cover. It grows like crazy so you don't have to worry about it dying all the time. Every part of the plant is edible and you can feed leftover parts of them to your chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys. Plus average people would have no idea natures MRE's are just underground.

  11. Grow a food forest. If you create such abundance that you have food hiding from you, it's not an issue to have abundance to trade. Resources for resources… simple. Also, diversity is key.

  12. I live in a condo. I grew container tomatoes and green beans last year. To heck with raiders every single tomato and bean was stolen before I could pick em. This garbage happens now.

  13. I am one of those people who would not know what is edible and what is not. Hence why I seek the knowledge from yourself. It is amazing what could be in your garden ready to eat

  14. Nasturtium, Purslane, Malabar Spinach, and Sweet potato vines, even those bright green ones , (which also product edible tubers) …are a few more. All pretty and don't look edible. That said, if it gets that bad, gangs will show up and clean you out, and dispose of anyone who gets in the way.

  15. Chickens and pigs eat American Beauty Berry, leaves and all! Learn to forage for your animals now and reduce feed costs 👍 (Ours are free range but probably won't be in shtf)

  16. Good points, Sarge. I plant a lot stinging nettles, dandelions, chickweed, plantains and root crops. See movie “ Deadly Harvest “ ( 1977 ) Clint Walker

  17. Nails in boards work good lol so do tripwires with washers in a tube with shotgun buullets

  18. I'm curious if you could recommend (or make a video about) some wild edibles that are high in calorieën like potatoes or corn? But then wild and unrecognisable.

  19. Alot of things are edible, but hold no nutritional value, like dollar weed and rose petals and such, but they are great to add to food for flavor. I like growing things that you can live on, like Moringa.😉✌️❤️

  20. I love how you clarify that this is not the best mentality to go ahead with. I believe the right attitude gets us through the worst situations. Nevertheless, great tips in the video. 😀

  21. That’s super interesting info, great idea to have a stealth garden. I want a paw paw now 😄
    🔥🦈🌊

  22. I absolutely love how stoic and realistic you are about the situation. Doomsday scenario or sensationalism just gets clicks! I use to follow a finance guy that every freaken day the stock market was gonna crash 😅 I know the times we are in but I also know the opportunities during these times
