Edible Gardening

Trials & Errors – Fitting an oven in my Tiny House ~UK~ Attempting to cook something edible :D

This took me several evenings, in and around work.
With gas I wanted to make sure I was installing it correctly so took my time.
Thankfully I had the help of @maximusironthumper to double check my work.
Check out his channel for all things off-grid, land rover restoration, homemade camping gear, gardening and loads more interesting videos.

  1. Well done Katie (and Max!) been a while since I cooked in a gas oven… it was old and scared the 💩out of me as I had to use matches to light it😆🤦‍♂. Those rolls still looks great 🤤🤤😊

  3. Yo Keitei….really loved how you trouble shooted around the oven issues and brought in one of my favourite dudes Max for a special guest appearance! Love his channel too and I found you through his videos. I was really looking forward to seeing a pizza but the cinna-buns looked good and now I know how they get all that goodness in the buns! A minor thing but really cool was to see the main floor from the top floor. Your house looks awesome…and very cool. I know a lot of this was weeks ago but hope you're being kind to yourself as to how you're progressing with the overall project! I'm off to check out your earlier Solo Wild Camp viddy! Keep smiling!

  4. Nice 1 Keitei, Tiny House looks good and great work getting the cooker in, we all need help at times and sometimes it always bet to get things checked. Cinna-buns looked good.. keep up the great work 👍

  5. Hi Keïteï,

You must be feeling that you are finally getting there, balancing tiny house with work and venturing. You certainly looked pleased with yourself. Look forward to the next instalment.

    Cheers

    Graham

  6. lovely bit of progress, time consuming but worth it all in the end once ur all cosied up in the crib !

  7. Awesome that you managed to get the gas connected safely in the end – safety is always paramount where gas is concerned! Also, thanks for stirring my curiosity regarding making some homemade cinnamon buns for myself. Any chance of sharing your recipe?

  8. Awesome, just found your channel and I too only just finished building our tiny house, if 42 sq metres is called tiny, fitted the kitchen myself which took 2 weeks as I never did it before but well happy with it. So greetings from a new follower living in Spain👍

  9. Well done! 🙂 Your gas is at relatively low pressure from your propane bottle, so is more scary the first time you work on it than at any time after that… you now have the experience you didn't have before too 🙂 You did everything right tbh, so hopefully you feel more confident now, especially after Max has checked the system over for you. We none of us are born knowing how to do this stuff 🙂 Nothing's ever easy when all the responsibility rests on your shoulders. We all have wobbles from time to time… need for reflection etc. From where I sit, you're doing a great job – one step at a time 🙂
