Kohlrabi, a member of the cabbage family is easy to grow and tastes delicious. In today’s episode we look at growing Kohlrabi. Kohlrabi also means German turnip or turnip cabbage. Kohl stands for cabbage in German and Rabi means turnip. Kolhrabi is same as Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collard greens, and Brussels sprouts – members of the wild cabbage family. Kohlrabi bulbs are the main edible part of the plant but the leaves are edible and can be used interchangeably with collard greens and kale.
