Learning how to compost can be a tricky process. There are a lot of steps in making compost at home, and many problems you can run into along the way.
In today’s video, I’m troubleshooting a compost pile that wasn’t heating up anymore. What could be the problem? Usually it’s one of these things:
– Too little moisture
– Too much moisture
– Pile needs turning
– Wrong mixture of browns and greens
– Not enough material to hot compost
Let’s figure out which problem we have with the pile in my urban yard and see how I fix it!
