  1. I LOVE the stone Laura!! Much as you do I prefer that blue gray in stone without any orange. Funny quirk in my part, I LOVE oranges for eating and a little bit toned down for seasonal decorating but THATS IT!!! Orange is not my favorite color!!

  2. Love the coral berry shrub! Have you ever grown Bush Clover(Lespedeza thunbergii)? I love how it arches over and has small dainty flowers. I’ve read different opinions if it is invasive, any thoughts 🤔? The path is going to look so nice. 😊

  3. Would you share how you keep the edge between the grass and your beds so nice and crisp and how you maintain it? Everything looks so beautiful!

  4. You all do such a wonderful job! What is that orange colored machine packing down the pathway, please?

  5. Love it! I just feel in love with that Proudberry, Coralberry and would plant it everywhere…but then you said it's not hardy on my area, I'm 9A. Is there any way to make it work here? Also, how do i know exactly how much plant-tone or bio-tone (I get whichever the garden center has at the moment) to pour into a hole? Sometimes it looks like you add only a little, or a lot. I'm always second guessing and asking, "What would Laura do?" But I also glare at Mr and think to myself, "You, sir, are no Aaron!"

  6. Aaron is always thinking ahead, lol. I can forsee some outdoor cooking next to the pond, that would be fabulous!

  7. Hi Laura and Aaron! I really like the pink flowers. They look pretty where you planted them. Pedro and his crew sure got a lot done, and Aaron is brilliant in planning what you might need/want later on. Enjoy seeing the progress. Thank you so much for sharing!

  8. I love the Proud Berry Coral Berry! I have been trying to decide what to use for a green fence in my backyard. The property line is not far from the house so I don’t want anything too tall which would feel too hemmed in to me. I was thinking of a combination of a shrub with some ornamental grasses. I’m thinking the coral berry might be just right. What do you think?

  9. Wow…this space is going to be absolutely gorgeous! With the pathway in and steps I think you and your family will be spending lots of time enjoying the water and fish in an amazingly beautiful surroundings! Enjoying watch the completion of your pond area. Now what to plant? ❤

  10. Thanks Laura for highlighting these great plants that thrive even in Alaska zone 3-4! Great ideas for things to put on the list for next growing season.

  11. You have showed us your zinnias in the cut flower garden and the Senorita ones in the garden (which I have and love too) and they all look so nice and straight. Mine often have curvy stems; not falling over but curvy stems. Does this ever happen to yours and/or any idea what causes this? Thanks!

  12. I am relatively a new viewer to your channel. How can you afford this land, hardscape and all the cost of the plants? Do you have a business on site? Thanks.

  13. Beautiful already! I successfully propagated some Chicago hardy figs. Will they be okay to leave in their pots in the house until spring or do they need a cold period? Do yours lose their leaves in the greenhouse in the winter? Thanks!
